Every figure below is a measurement of the tunic itself, not of the body. The easiest way to size a tunic is to take a shirt you already own that fits the way you like, lay it flat, and compare its measurements against the chart.
| Hearth Tunic cm / in | XS | S | M | L | XL |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shoulder width | 42 / 16.5" | 45 / 17.7" | 48 / 18.9" | 50 / 19.7" | 53 / 20.9" |
| Chest circumference | 106 / 41.7" | 114 / 44.9" | 124 / 48.8" | 132 / 52.0" | 134 / 52.8" |
| Garment length | 99 / 39.0" | 101 / 39.8" | 104 / 40.9" | 106 / 41.7" | 108 / 42.5" |
| Sleeve length | 59 / 23.2" | 60 / 23.6" | 61 / 24.0" | 61 / 24.0" | 62 / 24.4" |
| Cuff opening | 23 / 9.1" | 26 / 10.2" | 27 / 10.6" | 29 / 11.4" | 31 / 12.2" |
How much room to add over your chest.
Close to the body: add 5 to 10cm (2 to 4").
As intended: add 10 to 20cm (4 to 8"). This is the drape the tunic is cut for, and it leaves room for a shirt beneath. It is the fit we recommend.
Over layers: add 20cm (8") or more, particularly if you are belting the tunic.
Chest circumference determines your size. Chest and cuff are measured flat, then doubled. Garment length runs from the highest shoulder point down to the hem. Sizes do not step up evenly across styles, so always use the chart for the tunic you are buying.
