I placed the order after seeing a lot of good reviews. Never got mine, no tracking number or any notice that it's been shipped. Was told it would arrive in 2 weeks, haven't seen a hint of my money's worth be mentioned. So far, until I get my order, absolute waste of money.

Photos don't do justice to the cloak. I can't thank their team enough. I got it for ren fairs and whatnot but it will definitely be a daily wear now that I see it

I absolutely adore this company. As a first-time shopper, I wasn't sure what I was going to get, and I was a little worried with the shipping windows getting pushed further back. However, the people behind the scenes took excellent care in making sure customers were updated throughout the entire process. The customer service alone would've made this a 5 star review.

As for the cloak itself, It's a great addition. I bought the large (my shoulders measured to the minimum for the large), and It's able to fit over me and my backpack comfortably so I no longer have to worry about my laptop getting wet. The fur insides are so incredibly soft and warm that I'll just wear it around even though we're nowhere near winter yet.

In short, I highly recommend getting one of these cloaks for people in cold climates or if you're looking for something stylish to keep you dry.

I pre ordered the black ranger cloak on April 30th. After waiting for three months I finally received a notification telling me my item had shipped and would arrive within the week. Three weeks later I find out the order never shipped and the money I spent had been completely forgotten about. Communication is abysmal and I hope they can find a way to work out their many issues.

I’m never one to leave reviews but this cloak is perfect in every way.
I’m going to tell everyone about this company!
