While the shipping was extremely delayed, I do understand it was due to circumstances outside of their control. Regardless, the quality of the cloak is outstanding, and everything was as expected. During my communications with the staff while the cloak was delayed they added free extras due to the inconvenience and also gave me the opportunity to cancel my order if I wished to do so. I’m extremely amazed with their customer service and overall extremely pleased with my purchased.

Duneblend color was lighter than expected but cloak is really well-constructed and feels very functional. Very happy with it overall.

Love this one too. I wear all my cloaks around and get so many compliments. Theyre amazing, and with the arm holes and waterproofing, extremely practical.
