Size Guide
Small fits: 5'00 - 5'6" (chest circumference 35" to 42")
Medium fits: 5'6" - 6'1" (chest circumference 43" to 50")
Large fits: 6'1" + (with chest circumference 50" to 58" +)
Estimating Size and Length
The lengths listed above are close approximations based "maximum chest circumference" for each size range. When this "max chest circumference" is exceeded, it will reduce the length of a cloak. You can calculate how length will be affected by your chest circumference by removing 1/3" from the height of the cloak for ever 1" of chest circumference added to the "maximum chest circumference" measurement listed above.
For example: A Large cloak will fit a 6'1" person with a chest circumference of up to 58" with the cloak almost reaching the ground (1/4" - 1" clearance). For every inch increase in chest circumference past 58", the cloak will lose 1/3" in height.
These cloaks have a LOT of material, and these 3 size ranges will fit the vast majority of witches, wizards, rangers and rulers who use the formula above to calculate what size is best for them.

Functional cloaks for every adventure
Medium Fits Most
Cloak sizes run differently to a standard hoodie or t-shirt. While cloak length is a matter of preference, a standard fit should place the hem of a cloak somewhere between 1/2 inch from the ground and mid-calf on the wearer.
A cloak that touches the ground is prone to cause tripping and a cloak length that terminates higher than mid-calf will not keep the wearer as warm. Because a cloak's acceptable length for maximum functionality does have a flexible range, Medium tends to fit most. Large is an optimal fit for Big + Tall builds and Small is best suited for petite builds. If you have questions about fit, feel free to reach out to us with questions here.
