At Knightweave our primary focus is on products that have dual use - both as cosplay / renfair and DND wear - but also as every day items. A cloak, bag, tunic or tool shouldn't have to be a cheap costume piece that only comes out for content, a con or an annual event when it could be your companion through so much more… a bridge between the worlds we occupy in reality and fantasy.

Our designs are ethically produced and imported - then picked, packed and shipped from our warehouse in Springville, Utah USA.

Erica and I founded Knightweave in early 2024 off the back of an accidental video where I showed off a cloak that Erica had sewn for me 12 years prior - which is where the story truly started.
I've always been a fan of fantasy and adventure, and an avid runner. In the fall of 2012 I was approaching the end of my collegiate cross country career at UVU (Utah Valley University). Erica and I had gotten married earlier that summer and as the cross country season approached with the cool fall weather I asked her if she would make me a cloak - similar to the one worn by my favorite fantasy hero.
The catch was: I didn't want a costume, but something real and functional. A blanket that I could take with me to cross country meets and stay warm in before and after races which were typically held in the crisp early morning air. As the season would span into mid November, some mornings would get quite chilly.
Erica, being a fan of fantasy and adventure herself, as well as a tremendously talented seamstress surprised me with the cloak that started it all (though we didn't know it at the time).
