- If you have a low order number (under order #5000) and ordered a Ranger or Maiden cloak size Medium and have still not received your cloak - it means we need to verify your shipping info. Please email jen@knightweave.com to verify your shipping information so that we can ship your cloak. If your address is not in the service area of our shipping partners we can help process your refund.
- Halfling, Large and Small Sizes: Our most recent shipment of Large, Small and Halfling cloaks which arrived on the 14th of August was unfortunately split into 2 containers and our 2nd container was delayed and is expected to arrive on September 20th. All remaining unfilfilled Large, Small and Halfling sizes will then be prioritized and shipped at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

WHY THE DELAYS?
When we launched Knightweave in April we had NO idea the response would be this big. We hoped, but never imagined.
The sheer volume of cloaks that we have had to process and produce each month has been insane and getting ahead of it has proven to be a challenge.
Supply chain issues and long lead times have been our biggest hurdle in our first year of business and we expect to have most delayed orders or other customer concerns resolved in full by the beginning of Q4 2024.
