Overall the cloak feels very high quality. Both the outer and inner lining are soft to the touch, and wearing it warms me up almost instantly. It’s a lot heavier than I expected (in a good way!) and it feels like you’re wearing a big blanket.

First, I want to say that I am absolutely in love with my cloak! Its soft & heavy & it makes me feel like royalty almost, like i should have a pet Dire wolf & prepare a fight with white walkers. It is everything I would expect from a cloak.

However, I have ran into a snag or, I suppose a drag. Of course this is of no fault to Knightweave or anyone however; its a fault of genetics I suppose. See, I stand just on the "taller cousin of a dwarf" side at 5'6" broad shouldered and by the looks of me, you'd suspect I celebrate with my Dwarven cousins to often with mead, though I don't actually drink.

I say all of this to say, I ordered a medium due to the "this size usually fits most." Unfortunately, I fall into the category right between dwarf & Human. Bigger than a halfling, but shorter than your "average" human. Which presents the problem with the cloak, I probably should have ordered a small, but then again, I'm not quite sure that would fit properly either as I believe I fall probably in the middle of small & medium. As it sits now, the cloak barely scrapes on the ground but I fear I may step on it at some point. It is certainly not a cloak that I would like to wear around any stairs with the expectation I am likely going to trip on it.

Also, the Faux Rabbit fur on the inside makes this amazing cloak extraordinarily warm, the caveat to that however is it is currently, 85 with 70% humidity, I already sweat worse than a hog in a slaughterhouse so wearing this cloak during the summer days is likely a hard no. That being said however, the first time I used the cloak ironically enough, I used it as an AMAZING blanket; perks of being the tall cousin of dwarves I suppose.

Ultimately, the cloak is everything you would want it to be and much more. Sizing needs some adjustments if you will and with their light cloaks coming, I would easily recommend picking one or two of them up. I can assure you, this winter this cloak will be worn quite often. I may even pick up a small one, just to see how well it fits.

This cloak was perfect for the cold winter nights, especially having to run outside at any time. I even took a nap wearing it because it’s so comfortable

It's exactly as advertised for function. I am a bigger guy, and I was worried my wide frame would cancel out my 5'10" height, and the medium fits me great in the shoulders, and it goes to right about mid calf.

It's also very soft and warm inside, you're walking around with a blanket on your shoulders. However, it's very easy to flip the wings back and make it cooler in the house. I can't wait until winter, this thing is gonna be very snuggly and constantly on me during naps with the hood all the way down.

My only complaint is cosmetic, I wish the toggles sewn into the cloak to keep it on were black, like they were in the picture, instead of brown. But that's a minor issue and the form and function of the cloak are awesome.

I clicked on the ad because I wanted the rain resistant cloak but I was taken to a general part of the site not the specific cloak on ad.
Do NOT MISUNDERSTAND I am very happy with the what I have purchased but I wanted to purchase the rain resistant cloak and I was not READING!!
So when you go to buy understand that they have rain resistant and non rain resistant!
Double check your purchase before buying to get the correct one!!
But know if you accidentally buy the non rain resistant cloak.
These cloaks are amazing!!
So don't send it back!
Just save up money and buy a rain resistant cloak next time
Their expensive but their worth it!!
