Absolutely Amazing!

I ordered a blue cloak from the Royal Collection. Due to a shipping error, I received the wrong color but they fixed it right away and I was still able to give it to my wife a a Christmas gift. She absolutely loves it and was able to wear it and stay way in -30°F Alaska temperatures while watching the Aurora! Will recommend to everyone that is interested. Absolutely phenomenal product and customer service!

Great Christmas gifts

Purchased for the whole family. When they arrived and I found out that my daughter wanted a different color than the one I chose, they were fast to make arrangements to return the one I'd gotten and exchange for the one she wanted. The family will not take them off. We wear them around the house, when we go shopping, or just into town. Everyone asks about them, and we share, happily.
